Two long serving directors, Mr Alex Nason, MBE, OAM and Mr. Gordon Reid MBE both retired in the same year, in accordance with the age requirements of the articles of association. Mr Nason had been a Director since 1983 (Chairman since 1986) and Mr Reid had been a Director since 1957.
