• Brigalow to Bulldust – Jerry O’Sullivan

Brigalow to Bulldust is Jerry O'Sullivan's first book and is a cracking story of country life in rural and regional Queensland, from the early 1900's to the present. The book is an important historical work as it recounts in great detail what family life was like growing up on a remote sheep property in South Western Queensland in the 1940's and 50's. Jerry covers his time at 'Churchie' boarding school in Brisbane, working on the farm and playing country sport. Jerry recounts his time and stories from working as a Stock and Station Agent working for Mactaggarts / Primac across the late '60's, 1970's and 1980's mostly in the North and South Burnett districts of Queensland. He then moves onto his second career with Hyland Seeds based in Toowoomba.
