Joined Mactaggarts in 1974 as secretary to the property manager Bob McWhinney, then after the merger with Primaries carried my typewriter down Creek Street and became secretary to Cedric Sallows of Insurance fame.
Then left to join Queensland Country Life as a rural reporter for the next 40 plus years. Have many happy memories of my time and still see lots of colleagues from those days.
